Once a weightlifter with Olympic aspirations, Kollin Cockrell understands the dedication and drive it takes to reach the highest level. However, not all dreams come to fruition – that’s something he learned almost a decade ago. But as the age old adage goes, when one door closes, another one opens. In the last eight years, Cockrell has become one of the most recognizable figures in the cheerleading community. It’s not exactly a position he ever envisioned he would end up in, but now he wouldn’t have it any other way.
