  1. Always stay focused on the positives. Block those bad thoughts out of your mind. Remind yourself of all of the reasons you can do it! Keep a journal and jot down some things you are thankful for, your accomplishments of the day, and what you look forward to for tomorrow. This will help keep a confident mindset to achieving your goals.
  2. Never give up. Persistence, resilience and relentlessness are qualities that you must possess to continue the fight. Keep trying; don’t let that obstacle defeat you. It’s okay to take a step back if you are struggling with a new skill, or not understanding your math homework. Go back to the basics and build up your confidence doing what you know and feel comfortable doing. Don’t let your fears get in the way of what you want to accomplish.
