The Captain Connection: Motivating Words to inspire your squad.

 Are you the captain of your school or all-star team? If so, Congratulations! Your team and/or your coach have seen great potential in your ability to lead your squad and get them ready for the upcoming season. Being a captain, especially a new one, can be tough. With great challenges come great rewards however. Earning the respect of your entire team is imperative in achieving victory this year. The attitude you demonstrate to your squad must be positive and inspiring 100% of the time. Although you will not always be happy or motivated, your actions must defy how you feel. You are the role model for the younger girls and key to keeping your squad encouraged. Here are a few great quotes to not only keep the fire burning in your heart, also but to keep your squad inspired to dream big, work hard, and never give up! Remember: Impossible is nothing!
