Day 11

Today we woke up early and went to Double Down All Stars, we did our 10 minute warm-up and then threw our routine full out, and both teams did great! Awesome Job Team USA! We had lunch and then had free time until seven.

I was lucky enough to go to lunch with my dad Jeveryone else went and laid by the pool for a bit, but I met up with them later to get a tan. We all got some sun and then grabbed dinner. Today was a day for us to relax and mentally prepare for tomorrow. We came back to the rooms and got ready for the Cultural Exchange at the Milk House.

The exchange was SO much fun; we got to see all the different countries, exchanged pins, shirts and other mementos.  I really enjoyed getting to meet everyone. The best part was reuniting with all the international friends that I already have!

It is time for bed; we have a big day tomorrow! I have had a great experience, and tomorrow we are GOING FOR GOLD! Goodnight.
