iC's newest Cover Girl Quinn Moorer, the 2009-2010 National Cheerleader of the Year for Cheer Ltd., is not only a senior cheerleader at James River High School, but she also does double duty as a member of FAME All Stars. Her combination of top-notch cheerleading skills, intellect, involvement with her school and community and incredible personality helped Quinn capture the National Cheerleader of the Year honors – as well as our cover! - and now you’ll get to know her a little better in the pages of iC.
